How ForwardLoops works
1 · Forward
Send any email to free@forwardloops.com. Type a one-line instruction at the top (“summarise this”, “draft a polite no”) or forward it bare.
2 · Understand
We split your instruction from the forwarded content, treat the forwarded part strictly as data (never as instructions to us), and work out the task.
3 · Route
We pick the best model for that task via OpenRouter, bounded by your plan, with automatic fallback if a provider is busy.
4 · Reply
You get a thoughtful, detailed answer back in the same thread · in your chosen tone, length, and language.
Questions
- What can I ask ForwardLoops to do?
- Summarise long threads, draft replies, translate, explain dense content, extract action items, rewrite, or just answer a question. Put an instruction at the top of your forward, or forward it bare and we infer what you need.
- Do you store my emails?
- No. We fetch the email body into memory only while generating your reply, then discard it. We keep usage metadata (model, tokens, cost, status) but never the content of your emails or our replies.
- How do you reply in the same thread?
- We send our answer with the original Message-ID in the In-Reply-To and References headers, so your email client threads it onto the original conversation.
- Which AI model do you use?
- We route each request to the best model for the task via OpenRouter, within your plan. Set a preference (best quality, fastest, cheapest, or automatic) in your dashboard.
- How do you stop other people using my account?
- We only act on emails whose sender passes DMARC/DKIM and matches a sending address you have verified. Spoofed or unknown senders never consume your quota.
