Privacy Policy

The short version
We do not store the content of your emails or our replies. When you forward an email to free@forwardloops.com, we fetch its content into memory only for the few seconds it takes to generate your reply, then discard it. It is never written to our database.
What we do store
- Your account: email address, verification status, and the sending addresses you have verified.
- Your settings: tone, length, language, persona, and model preference.
- Usage metadata for each reply: timestamp, which model answered, token counts, estimated cost, and status (success/failed). Never the content.
- An audit row per inbound email recording only the outcome class (replied, rejected, skipped) 路 no subject or body.
- Security and consent records required to operate the service and comply with the law.
Email content
Inbound email is received and parsed by our email provider (Resend). We retrieve the parsed content on demand, process it in a short-lived server function, send your reply, and the content is gone. We do not log message bodies.
AI processing
To generate a reply we send the relevant content to an AI model via OpenRouter. We treat forwarded content strictly as data and never as instructions to us. We do not include your account secrets in any prompt.
Your rights
You can export your account metadata or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Because we store no email content, deletion is total once the short grace period elapses.
