Forward an email to AI in Gmail on the web
- Open the email you want help with.
- Click the Forward arrow (top right of the message, or the three-dot menu then Forward).
- In the To field, enter free@forwardloops.com.
- On the first line of the body, type a short instruction · for example draft a polite reply asking for an extension.
- Click Send.
A reply lands back in the same thread within a short while, written in your tone and ready to send. The first time you forward from a new address, you confirm it once so no one else can send mail as you.
Forward to AI in the Gmail mobile app
The steps are identical on iOS and Android:
- Tap the email to open it.
- Tap the three-dot menu (or the reply arrow) and choose Forward.
- Enter free@forwardloops.com in To.
- Type your instruction on the first line and tap Send.
Because there is no app to install, this is often faster than opening a separate AI app, copying the email, and pasting it back.

If certain messages always need the same treatment, let Gmail do the forwarding:
- In Gmail, open Settings then Filters and Blocked Addresses then Create a new filter.
- Set your criteria · for example a sender, or words in the subject.
- Choose Forward it to and add free@forwardloops.com (Gmail verifies the address once for filters).
- Save.
