You can turn forwarding-to-AI into something that runs on its own. Set a rule in your email client to auto-forward certain messages to free@forwardloops.com, and a ready-to-send draft appears in the thread without you doing anything. Here is how to set it up · and how to keep it safe.
What an AI auto-reply by email actually is
It is important to be precise about “auto-reply”, because it does not mean what an out-of-office does. ForwardLoops drafts a reply back to you and threads it onto the conversation. It does not send anything to the other person on your behalf. So an AI auto-reply here means: the draft is written for you automatically, and you still press send. That keeps you in control and avoids the classic auto-responder disasters.
Set it up in Gmail (a filter)
- Open Settings then Filters and Blocked Addresses then Create a new filter.
- Add a condition · a specific sender, or words in the subject line.
- Click Create filter, then tick Forward it to and add free@forwardloops.com. Gmail verifies the address once.
- Save the filter.
Every matching email is now forwarded automatically, and a draft reply comes back for you to review.
Set it up in Outlook (a rule)
- Open Settings then Rules (or Manage Rules and Alerts in classic Outlook).
- Add a condition · sender or subject keyword.
- Set the action to Forward to and enter free@forwardloops.com.
- Save.
If the rule will not save, your organisation may block external auto-forwarding · that is an admin policy, not a ForwardLoops limit. Manual forwarding still works in that case.

Keep it safe and useful
- Start narrow. Auto-forward one sender or one keyword first. Watch the drafts for a few days.
- Set your voice once. Tone, length, reply language, and signature live in the dashboard, so every auto-draft sounds like you.
- You always send. Nothing leaves your hands automatically · review each draft before it goes.
- Privacy holds. ForwardLoops keeps zero email content, even on auto-forwarded mail.
